Miracle League Summer Fun-The Summer Games

The program is being offered collaboratively by The Miracle League of CT and Chapter 126 Sports & Fitness.  All programs are adapted to serve children with all types of intellectual, developmental & physical disabilities but are inclusive for all.  “Typically developing” children are welcome and encouraged to join us for any program.   Staff to camper ratio will be no more than 1:5.  If your child needs one to one supervision please contact us to discuss options and cost. Boot Camp

An EPIC workout!  This 45-60 minute advanced circuit style training class consists of high intensity cardiovascular exercises and explosive movements to build your muscular strength.  This is not your starter exercise class and is recommended for athletes and adaptive athletes alike.

Stretching

Stretching is an important part of your workout that unfortunately is often skipped. Stretching can help relax tight muscles, improve range of motion, decrease your risk of injury and help manage stress. Come join us at the end of your day to relax and decompress with a guided full body stretch lead by one of our fitness trainers.
