Adaptive Yoga is a practice that specifically seeks to make yoga accessible to anyone experiencing physical limitations or disability. This is an all levels class suitable for anyone who experiences difficulty moving up and down from the floor unassisted, or who has other physical limitations to work around. Using chairs and props to assist in accessing the benefits of the poses, you can learn to improve your balance, flexibility and strength while having fun!
