Stretching

Stretching is an important part of your workout that unfortunately is often skipped. Stretching can help relax tight muscles, improve range of motion, decrease your risk of injury and help manage stress. Come join us at the end of your day to relax and decompress with a guided full body stretch lead by one of our fitness trainers.
