Boot Camp

An EPIC workout!  This 45-60 minute advanced circuit style training class consists of high intensity cardiovascular exercises and explosive movements to build your muscular strength.  This is not your starter exercise class and is recommended for athletes and adaptive athletes alike.

Stretching is an important part of your workout that unfortunately is often skipped. Stretching can help relax tight muscles, improve range of motion, decrease your risk of injury and help manage stress. Come join us at the end of your day to relax and decompress with a guided full body stretch lead by one of our fitness trainers.

Stop by our new location at 33 Coventry St Hartford, CT to meet with one of the RD students from St. Joseph University!  They will be here from 12:00pm-2:00pm and have a table where you can ask them any nutrition questions you may have or sign up for a mini-session of nutrition counseling!
