Oak Hill Adaptive Sports & Fitness and The Miracle League of CT
are committed to health and well being during these difficult times. Because we cannot offer our usual programs in person, we are posting a series of videos online to help children stay active.

The 20-30 minute videos feature Coach Paul Weiland, one of the states adaptive sports specialists, leading an online gym class featuring exercises and activities that can be done at home.

The videos are available on both The Miracle League of CT and Oak Hill Adaptive Sports & Fitness Facebook pages each Tuesday & Thursday at 1pm.
