Personal Training

Personal training offers you many advantages that you can't or may not be able to access with only group exercise or working out on your own. The one-on-one attention that you receive with personal training allows our trainers to dial into the areas that you can improve on and help you accomplish your fitness and functional goals.

Who can benefit from personal training?

"I am bored with my workouts and I'm looking for a change."

In addition to experience with power lifting, gymnastics, and sport specific training, our staff stay up to date with the latest research and trends in fitness. Adding personal training to your routine can help you discover new exercises that give your fitness routine new life.

"I know my abilities and I would like to expand my exercise options."

Our trainers are experts in working with special populations.  We will get to know you and your abilities and help you find new ways to safely challenge yourself and discover your full potential.  Working with our trainers will give you the encouragement and support to try new things that challenge yourself in ways you never thought possible.

"I am new to exercise and I would like an expert to help me start my journey."

Our trainers are the perfect people to introduce or re-introduce you to exercise.  They will be your expert eye and ensure that you maintain proper form as they give you the tools you need to start your fitness journey.
