Krank and Strength-A Dynamic, Fast-Paced Interval Workout

This 30 minute class is a healthy mix of cardio and strength training.  This class is designed to keep your heart rate up while increasing endurance and building muscle.  This is a  class for all abilities, modifications will be provided for different abilities and levels of fitness.

Special thanks to the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation for making these classes possible.

Free for members, veterans, and those with a spinal cord injury. $7.00 drop in for all others.
