Krank and Strength

This 30 minute class is a healthy mix of cardio and strength training. The class is designed to keep your heart rate up while increasing endurance and building muscle. This class is sure to rev up your metabolism, promote a healthy heart, and blast fat, while maintaining muscle mass as you alternate intense cardio intervals (on the Krank cycle) with less intense strength intervals. Proper form is emphasized on and off the bike.  This is a class for people of any and all abilities. Modifications are provided so you can participate regardless of your fitness or ability level.
